| Official Transcripts | Include your official high school transcript in a sealed envelope.
Include any tertiary level transcript if you seek to transfer to John Paul II Junior College. |

| High School Diploma | Include a certified copy of your diploma or its equivalent. To be delivered to the main office. |

| Standardized Test Scores | ATLIB and CSEC (CXC) |
